The meeting focused on bilateral cooperation to establish the college as a 'Model Center for State-of-the-Art Short-Term Vocational Courses.' The key details of the discussion are as follows.

Building Electrical Installation Skills: Focusing on safety and international craftsmanship standards.
Instructional Method: Instructors will serve as "Coaches," utilizing Virtual Reality (VR) Simulation technology from China to guarantee that students possess the competencies required by the industrial sector.
2. ยุทธศาสตร์ 5 ขั้นตอนสู่ความสำเร็จ (Skills Passport Ecosystem)
เพื่อให้เกิดการจ้างงานที่แม่นยำ วิทยาลัยฯ และถังฟง ได้วางกลไกการทำงานร่วมกันอย่างเป็นระบบ ตั้งแต่การวิจัยความต้องการของบริษัทชั้นนำ (เช่น Haier, Great Wall Motor), การร่วมออกแบบแผนภาพทักษะ (Skill Map), การฝึกอบรมผ่านแพลตฟอร์มคลาวด์และภาษาจีนดิจิทัล, ไปจนถึงการรับรองคุณวุฒิร่วมกับ TPQI และการส่งต่อผู้จบหลักสูตรเข้าสู่สถานประกอบการจีนแบบครบวงจร
To ensure precision in employment, the College and Tang Feng have established a systematic collaborative mechanism. This end-to-end process ranges from researching the demands of leading corporations (such as Haier and Great Wall Motor) and co-designing 'Skill Maps,' to providing training via Cloud platforms and Digital Chinese Language tools. The cycle culminates in joint certification with TPQI and the seamless placement of graduates into Chinese enterprises.
3. ภาษาจีนอาชีพและการจัดการอาชีพมูลค่าสูง
ปฏิรูปการสอนภาษาจีนในรูปแบบ Thai-Specific Chinese ที่ออกแบบมาเพื่อคนไทยโดยเฉพาะ เน้นการใช้ภาษาในอุตสาหกรรมอีคอมเมิร์ซและงานเทคนิค พร้อมขยายฐานสู่หลักสูตรมูลค่าสูง เช่น การจัดการธุรกิจสัตว์เลี้ยงเพื่อส่งออก (Parrot Management) และการยกระดับแรงงานอาเซียนในไทยให้ได้รับใบรับรองสากล
Reforming Chinese language instruction through a 'Thai-Specific Chinese' approach, uniquely designed for Thai learners with a focus on E-commerce and technical industries. Furthermore, the college is expanding into high-value curricula, such as export-oriented 'Parrot Management' for the pet industry, and aiming to upskill the ASEAN workforce in Thailand to achieve international certification.
เป้าหมายเศรษฐกิจ: พุ่งสู่รายได้โต 10 เท่า ภายในปี 2029 ด้าน Mr. Li Jinsong มั่นใจว่าการกำหนดให้วิทยาลัยสารพัดช่างพระนครเป็นต้นแบบศูนย์การเรียนรู้แห่งนี้ จะขับเคลื่อนให้วิทยาลัยฯ กลายเป็น “โมเดลต้นแบบเส้นทางสายไหมทางการศึกษา” (Yang Ban) ที่ประสบความสำเร็จที่สุดในอาเซียน โดยคาดการณ์ว่าระบบบริหารจัดการหลักสูตรระยะสั้นที่มีมาตรฐานและ Job Matching ที่แม่นยำ จะช่วยสร้างรายได้สะพัดเพิ่มขึ้นถึง 10 เท่า ภายใน 3 ปีข้างหน้า

Mr. Li Jinsong expressed strong confidence that establishing Bangkok Polytechnic College as a flagship learning center will drive it to become the most successful 'Model of the Educational Silk Road' (Yang Ban) in ASEAN. It is projected that this standardized short-course management system, combined with precision 'Job Matching,' will catalyze a tenfold increase in revenue within the next three years.
